January 26, 2006 :: Theme Night Since the "Decades Night" went so well I wanted to put some of your suggestions in motion. So far the best idea is a 1980's Pajama Party Night. All 80's music all night and best of all you get to come dressed in your best (warmest) night wear. If you have any other suggestions Contact Me. May 27, 2005 :: Summer Break That's it I'm off for the summer, don't worry I should be back in October with tons of new music as always. Thanks for another great season and I'll see you all soon. A special thanks to Morgan & Alyssa, even though your requests may be bizarre, your very last request had almost everyone singing along. Also a special thanks to girls who brought all the dead songs like Macarana, Cotton Eyed Joe, Cha Cha slide, etc... back to life and actually had people dancing to them, you guys rock! |
February 4, 2005 :: Decades Night Photos Floyd Hall Arena's Decades night went off well and it was a ton of fun. Not many of you bums got dressed up, but those who did took home some prizes. I Played about 120 songs from the 1960's through the early 1990's. Check out the Playlist it was tough to decide what to play and what to leave out. I know I missed quite a few bands for all the eras, but with only 2 hours I squished allot of good stuff in there. Enjoy some photos of the staff and myself.

February 4, 2005 :: Decades Night Floyd Hall Arena is having it's first "Decades Night". I’ll be cranking short bursts of music from the past. All the good stuff from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. Join the fun, come in costume from your favorite era. There will be PRIZES given to the best costume from each era and one big winner for the night. We’ll also be asking trivia questions to see how much you really know about the past. FREE Legal Music Downloads Yup it's safe and it's FREE!! DJ Mykee Creations Here are a few songs I tossed together using various programs, turntables, cd-mixer and multitrack recording software. Bordome was the inspiraton for these so enjoy... Anthem in Da Club MP3 4.56MB A remix on 50 Cent's In Da Club and Good Charlotte's - Anthem, mixed together with a snippet or two from some other songs. The loops were created on my CD mixer, words and beats where mixed together using the CDs and multitrack recording software. Stan MP3 3.86MB Made using Rave eJay and samples taken from Eminem's song Stan. The speed of the samples were changed leaving the vocal pitch intact. I cut up the sapmles into bits using wave editing software and designed a song to go around them.
